Coordinating a pristine “total look is her speciality; and she looks forward to delivering unique and unmatched decorations with every event she plans. 

When Chelsea isn’t creating stunning designs for clients, you can find her juggling her other roles as a mother of two wonderful children, a licensed NJ Realtor, and the owner of a hair extension business. Her experiences have taught her the importance of excellent customer service, which she extends to every Over The Top Kreationz client. Additionally, her attention to detail is unmatched as she easily organizes and tranforms every client’s request into real-life details.
