We’re Tiffany and Chelsea, the women behind Over The Top Kreationz. Our story began more than 30 years ago with a friendship built on love for dancing, laughter, and a shared passion for helping others. Today, we’re wives, mothers, and business partners who have turned that passion into something we love sharing with others.
As wives and mothers, we understand just how meaningful life’s milestones can be. We also know how quickly those special moments can pass when you’re busy setting up decorations, arranging centerpieces, coordinating details, and making sure everything is perfect for everyone else.
