We are located in Mount Laurel, NJ and service the surrounding states including Pennsylvania, Delaware and New York. While we are happy to travel an additional delivery or shipping fee is applicable to locations ourside of our direct service area(s).
How Do I Submit a Decoration Request?
To request decorations, simply fill out our inquiry form; and we will be in contact with you in 24 business hours Monday through Thursday and no later than the folllowing Monday during weekend hours.
Do You Offer In Person Consultations at My Event Space?
Yes, we offer in-person consultations! That way, all the details of your event are ironed out before the event day. In-person consultations are subject to a fee; however, the amount is removed from your final balance if services are retained.
How Far in Advance Should I Retain Services?
We allow services to be retained well in advance of the event date and currently encourage client’s to retain services as soon as a venue is secured to guarantee our availability.
If Provide My Own Balloons Can You Use Them?
Unfortunatley, no. We only work with our exclusive, professional grade brands.
What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?
We accept credit or debit card payment via our client portal as well as Zelle, Venmo. Check and cash are only accepted if approved.
